Phase 01, at 12 o’clock
The Foundation Reset
Calms and rebalances the stress response first, moving the nervous system out of a chronic fight-or-flight state.
All of phase 01, ResetMonday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 · 220 N Howard Ave Ste B, Tampa
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. Veterans press 1. In an emergency, call 911.
Why a dual block
The stellate ganglion is a cluster of sympathetic nerves in the neck, part of the body's fight-or-flight stress response. When that response stays switched on, it can feel like survival mode: tired but wired.
That is why the reset comes first.
Patient reviews
Doing this treatment with Dr Meighen at Reboot was the best decision I've made this year so far! …
As a veteran with multiple deployments … within 72 hours I started to find myself happier, more at ease and almost peaceful.
… My stress levels don't get as high and when I do get stressed I can let ot go so much better. …
The DSGB procedure has helped reset my Adrenals, giving me better sleep and energy.
… I went in feeling completely overwhelmed with burnout, stress, anxiety, and a nonstop racing mind, and now I feel like a different person. I can actually function again. …
… I had forgotten what it felt like to be happy, calm or get good sleep. The DSGB brought those things back and I couldn’t be more thankful.
… It was like my fight or flight panic button was no longer jammed at full speed. …
Individual experiences vary.

As a mental health clinic, Reboot Vitality evaluates burnout, PTSD, anxiety and depression with a physician, Dr. Michael Meighen, before any treatment. The clinic does not provide talk therapy or psychiatry, and its care works alongside your therapist or doctor. Start with the conditions we evaluate and treat.

Veterans, active duty service members and first responders in Tampa can have a stellate ganglion block (SGB) here, placed under ultrasound guidance after a physician's evaluation. Read how stellate ganglion block for PTSD fits alongside your therapy.
The clinic is about 7 miles from MacDill Air Force Base. Reboot Vitality is an independent clinic and is not part of, or endorsed by, the VA.

Two days. Both sides.
A stellate ganglion block (SGB) is a nerve block from pain medicine, performed by a physician. Dr. Meighen places a local anesthetic around the stellate ganglion under real-time ultrasound guidance. At this clinic it is a dual stellate ganglion block over two days, one side each day.
Day one starts with Dr. Meighen, who reviews your symptoms, history, medications and stress patterns himself before anything is scheduled.
Under real-time ultrasound guidance, a local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion on the right side to block the sympathetic signal.
On day two, the same guided injection is placed on the left side of the neck, which is what makes it a dual block.
You rest after each injection while the team monitors you.
Each day is outpatient: you go home after monitoring.

It is a dual stellate ganglion block (DSGB) guided by real-time ultrasound. A local anesthetic is placed around the stellate ganglion, a cluster of nerves in the neck tied to the fight-or-flight response. The right side is treated first, then the left.
Day one is your consultation and nervous system evaluation with Dr. Meighen, then the right side and 30 to 45 minutes of monitoring. Day two is the left side, then monitoring again. You go home after monitoring each day.
Yes. After monitoring, you can drive yourself home. If there is any concern about you driving, the staff arrange a driver or transportation.
Warmth in the face or a heavy feeling around one eye can be part of a normal response. The team tells you what to expect before you begin. Wait to eat or drink until swallowing feels normal again.
Ask the team about insurance, including Tricare, before you book.
The clinic serves executives, first responders, military leaders, athletes and entrepreneurs under sustained pressure. Your consultation and nervous system evaluation decide whether the protocol fits, and it is not right for everyone.
It filters your blood through a medical membrane while adding medical-grade oxygen and ozone, then returns it to your body. Each session is performed under medical supervision and monitored throughout. See what a Cellular Plasma Recharge session involves in the Restore phase.
A new patient can get started the same week, after the consultation and initial evaluation. Send the short form or call to begin.
